We do our best to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable in-flight experience, but from time to time we know accidents happen and clothing or personal items may become soiled in-flight. When these incidents happen, please bring this to our Flight Attendant's attention. Our Flight Attendants will provide you with a Cleaning Reimbursement Form - one portion is completed by you, and the other portion will be completed by the Flight Attendant during the flight.


To request reimbursement for the professional cleaning of your item, please submit the completed Cleaning Reimbursement Form with your cleaning bill within thirty (30) days of the flight to our Guest Relations department here. Select the "Complaint" option, then in the "Complaint Topic" drop down choose "In-Flight Experience - Cleaning Reimbursement." You will be required to submit images of the front and back side of the Cleaning Reimbursement Form along with the cleaning bill. You may also mail both your Cleaning Reimbursement form and cleaning bill to us:
