Payment Details
- Booking fee: $8 per person are paid at time of booking (non-refundable)
- Deposit: $40 per person for trips more than 60 days away are paid at time of booking (non – refundable)
- Trips within 60 days must be paid in full at booking
- When you pay in full, ALL Guest names must be added at the same time
- Spirit accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Spirit does not accept Discover cards.
- Only one form of payment may be used for each group booking
Name Changes
- Free up to 30 days before departure
- Within 30 days of departure: $55 per person
Trip Changes
- 60+ days before departure: Free
- 31–59 days: $65 per person, plus any fare difference
- No changes are allowed within 30 days of departure
Other Rules
- Group travel is not discounted travel
- Individual Guest cancellations are not allowed
- All quote requests must be submitted online
- Quotes are not provided by phone
- Most questions and requests for existing group bookings are handled through the chat tool within the Group Booking application.
