Use the steps below to book and manage your group trip using Spirit’s Group Travel application.

Book a Group Trip (10+ Guests)

  1. Visit Spirit.com and select Group Travel at the top of the page.

  1. Sign in to your Spirit Account.
    • If you don’t have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one using your email address and a password.
    • Password must contain a minimum of 8 characters, included at least one number, one special character. 

  1. Review the Terms & Conditions, then select Proceed to Booking.
  2. Complete the Group Travel form by entering:
    • Travel dates
    • Departure and arrival cities
    • Group size (10+ Guests)

  1. Select Search Flights to view available options.
  2. Choose your flights and review your group quote. 
  3. Sign the contract and submit payment to confirm your booking.
     

Submit Payment

After selecting your Group’s flights:

  1. Select Accept Quote & Pay.
  2. Review and sign the contract.
  3. Select Save, then Proceed.
  4. Complete your payment on the payment page.

Find Your Confirmation

You can access your group booking confirmation in either of the following ways:

  • Email: A confirmation email is sent to the email address used during booking.
  • Online account:
    • Sign in to your account.
    • Select the Existing Groups tab to view your booking details.

Add or Change Traveler Names    

Add Names
You can add traveler names after completing your group booking.

  1. Open your group booking and select the Travelers. 
  2. Add names individually or download, complete, and upload the name template. 
  3. Please be sure to add information per column how instructed.
  4. Upon submitting, a confirmation page will appear in which you will confirm. 
  5. If the upload fails, a prompt will appear in which will provide you a download with the names that failed.

Please note: If your booking is made within 30 days of travel, all traveler names must be added on the day of booking.

Change, Remove Names or Infant requests

  • Names may be added, edited, or removed up to 60 days before departure. 
  • Within 60 days of travel, name changes must be requested through chat.
  • If group has an infant traveling, please submit infant name, gender, age through the chat.

A Spirit representative will review your request and explain any applicable fees or restrictions. Refer to the Terms and Conditions for full name change rules.

Add Bags to a Group Booking

To add bags, use the chat tool within the Group Travel application: 

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Select Existing Groups
  3. Locate your booking and select View
  4. Then select the Travelers tab.
  5. Select Bag Quote to open the chat.
  6. Enter the bag type and the number of bags needed.

A Spirit representative will confirm the total cost before adding bags to your reservation.

 

Get Help or Make Requests

For questions or special requests (i.e. - Infant request) related to your group bookings, use the chat tool located in the bottom right corner of the Group Travel application. A Spirit representative will assist you directly through chat.

 

Request an Itinerary Change

To request changes to your group itinerary:

  • Use the chat tool within the Group Travel application to submit your request.
  • A Spirit representative will review your request and share available options, pricing, and next steps.
  • You can also view your booking details anytime on the application or on Spirit.com under My Trips
