At our domestic U.S. locations, we’ve established a virtual Baggage Service Office (vBSO), which allows our guests to report mishandled baggage directly to our Central Baggage team, from a mobile device. It’s a quick and easy process, but if you do encounter any issues, select the “Need Help” option for a number to call. Once you’ve submitted the information and have a File ID, you can contact Central Baggage via the Baggage Service Portal. Our Central Baggage team does not handle lost and found items.
