Yes, you can modify or cancel your award flight ticket. Each ticketed Guest is subject to current change and cancel charges, and will be responsible for additional points payment if there is a difference from your original itinerary.
Changes can be made up to an hour before scheduled departure. Changes allowed include changing the origin, destination, stopover city, flight, or class of service.
Cancellations must be prior to the departure of your first flight on your itinerary.

Refunds are allowed for reservations made 7 days (168 hours) or more prior to your departure, provided that you make the refund request within 24 hours of your initial reservation.
