The reservation credit code is simply your past itinerary confirmation code of 6 Alpha Numeric characters. This code is noted on the cancellation email sent to you.
If you do not have your confirmation code or previous email, please contact us via phone to obtain it.
Simply look for the "Redeem here" link on the Purchase Page and follow the instructions. Reservation credits can be applied to a reservation at the time of booking, both online and when calling our reservations center.
A reservation credit can be used for all new bookings and must be used for the customer to whom it was issued. Reservation credits are good for travel booked within 60 days of issuance for travel on any flight dates available in the system and shall not have any cash value. Reservation credits can be applied towards airfare, vacation packages that include airfare, bags, and seats.
