Missing Points from a Promotion, Certificate, or Bonus Offer
Points awarded from Spirit or a partner bonus may take 45–60 days to post to your Free Spirit® account. Make sure to check the terms and conditions for the offer, as posting times can vary.
If the points should have been posted by now, you can submit a claim. Click here to chat with us and be ready to share the details below so we can review your request:
- Your Free Spirit account number
- The date you took part in the offer
- The certificate number (if you have one)
Missing Points from a Flight You Already Flew
If you did not receive points for a Spirit flight you took within the last 30 days, you can request them online.
Just log in to your Free Spirit account, choose Add a Previous Trip, and follow the steps.
Remember:
- Points can only be awarded to the Guest who traveled.
- Missing flight points must be requested within 12 months (365 days) of the flight.
