Can I receive a refund for my non refundable reservation in the event I become ill?

Customers who book nonrefundable reservations, and do not add travel insurance to their reservation are subject to the terms and conditions of their booking. Exceptions may be available for refund of an unused portion upon the death of the passenger prior or during travel. A death certificate must be provided to the Customer Relations department. Please attach all supporting documentation in an email to our Customer Relations department at spirit.com/help ATTN Refunds Department.
