What is a Nift gift card?
- Nift gift cards are a great way to try new products, services and places.
- When people use a Nift gift card, they’re matched with businesses where they can use those funds—wine, food delivery, clothing and more.
Why did I receive this Nift gift?
- We're giving Nift gift cards to our Guests. It’s a little ‘thank you’ for being a valued part of the Spirit community. Enjoy the gift!
How do I use my Nift gift?
- In the text message or email you received with your Nift gift card, you will find a Nift gift code.
- Just enter this code at www.GoNift.com or click on the link in the email and follow the prompts to get matched with your gift.
Is this a gift card for Spirit?
- No. This is not for Spirit products or services.
- Your Nift gift card will match you with businesses nationwide that are a part of the Nift Network.
Where can I use my Nift card?
- Nift partners with a curated list of online and local retailers, restaurants, spas, gyms and more.
- After you activate your Nift gift card code, you’ll be matched with gifts tailored to you at participating businesses.
Why do I only see limited gift options? Can I see all of the gifts?
- The gifts available through the Nift Network are exclusive and limited in quantity.
- Tell Nift what kinds of products, services and places you’d like to try, and Nift will match you with the best available gifts that suit your preferences.
Why can’t I use my gift card at Amazon or Target or Walmart?
- Nift is an invitation-only network of businesses. Nift curates a list of up-and-coming brands consumers like to discover.
I don’t like my gift options - can I get different ones?
- Of course! After following the prompts and selecting your shopping preferences, you’ll get matched with gift options.
- If you don’t like these, you will be able to choose new gifts by clicking reset or going back.
- You can always email Nift at customer-success@GoNift.com and they will help you out.
How long do I have to use my Nift gift?
- After selecting your gift, you will receive a corresponding gift certificate.
- If your gift is to a physical business, you’ll be asked to present the Nift certificate on your phone at checkout. Just press the “Redeem” button after showing the certificate to the staff and that’s it!
- If your gift certificate is for an online purchase, you’ll be presented with a unique promo code and a link to use at the retailer’s site.
My gift card is worth $30 but the gift I selected is only $10. Where did the other $20 go?
- Don’t worry! If you select a gift that’s lower than the amount of your gift card, you’ll receive an additional Nift via email with your balance.
- For instance, you may receive $10 towards a meal at a local pizza place and then a $20 gift certificate towards skincare products at a beauty brand.
- You’ll always get at least $30 of value with each Nift card.
The gift options offered are all over the amount of my gift card. Do I have to pay?
- No. Some Nift member businesses offer gifts that are higher in value. If this happens, they cover the difference so that you don’t pay more for a higher value gift certificate.
- For example, you may be offered a $50 gift to try a meal delivery service. If you select it, you’ll use up your whole $30 gift card and receive the other $20 as a bonus.
- When you use your $50 gift certificate at the online retailer, the full amount will be applied toward your final purchase.
What is Nift doing with my information?
- Spirit is partnering with Nift to provide our Guests with thank you gifts.
- In order to activate your Nift gift card you will have to sign in and enter your information.
- Later, you can share your gift preferences with Nift as well as other information that will allow Nift to match you with the best gifts.
- Nift takes privacy very seriously and does not share your information with anyone. You can ask Nift to delete your personal information from the system at any time. You can read more on the Nift Privacy Policy here.
