We’re happy to be rolling out Spirit Wi-Fi on select flights. If you’ve traveled with us recently and encountered an issue while using this service, you can apply for a refund.

To apply for a refund, please review the steps below carefully before submitting your request. Following these steps will ensure your request is processed quickly.

Follow the steps below:

1. Click here to access the Wi-Fi refund form.

2. Next you need your Receipt Number. This can be found on the receipt you received via email when you purchased your Wi-Fi package. Here is a screenshot showing where to locate the Receipt Number:

3. The Receipt Number must be entered in the field titled “Wi-Fi Receipt Number” on the form.

4. Select Submit.

Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive an email on the status of your request.
