We’re happy to be rolling out Spirit Wi-Fi on select flights. If you’ve traveled with us recently and encountered an issue while using this service, you can apply for a refund.

To apply for a refund, please review the steps below carefully before submitting your request. Following these steps will ensure your request is processed quickly.

Follow the steps below:

1. Click here to access the Wi-Fi refund form.

2. Next you need your Receipt Numbers.  If applicable, please also provide the voucher code(s) received if Wi-Fi was purchased in advance of your flight during booking. This information can be found on the receipt you received via email when you purchased your Wi-Fi package.

Here is a screenshot showing where to locate both the Receipt Number and, if applicable, the Voucher Code(s):

3. The Receipt Number must be entered in the field titled “Wi-Fi Receipt Number” on the form. If Wi-Fi was pre-purchased, the voucher code(s) can be added.  Not providing this voucher code(s) could cause delays in the refund processing.”

4. Select Submit.

Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive an email on the status of your request.
