If you forget to add your Free Spirit Gold number during booking you won’t receive a Wi-Fi voucher code automatically. To resolve this:
1. Log in to your reservation on our website under “My Trips”.
2. Add your Free Spirit number to your booking.
3. If you’re a valid Gold member, Wi-Fi voucher codes will be issued.
4. Check under “My Trips” for your voucher code.
Important: Wi-Fi voucher codes are only issued to valid Free Spirit Gold members after loyalty information is added to the booking.
