What is Priority Check-in?

Priority Check-in is available in select airport locations (see below) and gives access to the quickest possible lane to get through the check-in experience.  At some airports, there are expedited queuing lanes.

How do I purchase Priority Check-in?

Priority Check-in is offered to Guests during booking at Spirit.com in the Go Big travel option. It is also included as a Free Spirit Gold member and Spirit credit cardholder benefit. Priority Check-in isn’t offered in all airports. 

Where do I go?

Just head to the check-in counter and look for the “Priority Check-in" signage. If you have any questions on how to use Priority Check-in, a Spirit Customer Service Agent will be happy to assist. 

What qualifications are necessary to purchase Priority Check-in?

Priority Check-in is available for all Guests who have purchased our Go Big fare option, Free Spirit Gold members and Spirit credit card holders.

I purchased Priority Check-in but am traveling with friends/family that did not. Can they take advantage of Priority Check-in?

Only Guests who have purchased our Go Big fare option, Free Spirit Gold members and Spirit credit card holders are eligible for Priority Check-in.
