How does AirportParkingReservations.com work?

AirportParkingReservations.com works with privately owned and operated parking facilities throughout the US and Canada, allowing Guests to compare prices and book parking online. After your reservation is confirmed, simply arrive at the parking facility as scheduled, show a copy of your Reservation Receipt to the cashier, and pay any remaining balance.

How do I make an Airport Parking reservation? 

To book your parking reservation, visit Spirit Parking and start by selecting your airport of departure, entering your parking dates, and clicking on the SEARCH button. You will then see a list of parking lots in that area. Click on the name of each facility to view details such as hours of operation, shuttle frequency, and other useful information.

Once you have selected a lot, click the PARK HERE or RESERVE PARKING button. On the next page, verify the dates and enter the times you expect to drop off and pick up your vehicle. The total cost for your stay will be displayed under the Order Summary. (If you have a coupon code, please enter it at this stage) Click the CONTINUE button. 

Provide your email address and click CONTINUE to proceed to the Your Details section. Add a different driver's name if needed by clicking the "Add driver’s name (optional)" link under the Phone Number field.

On the secure check-out page, enter your credit card information and billing details or choose to pay with PayPal by logging into your account. Click "Complete Reservation" to signify your agreement to our Terms of Service.

After the transaction is processed, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed, and a copy will be sent to your email. The receipt will include payment details, the parking lot's address and phone number, and a link to a mapping service for directions.
 

How can I change my Airport Parking reservation dates/times? 

Once a reservation has been submitted, it cannot be changed. However, certain circumstances may require additional action if your plans change. If you made a reservation at a parking lot that required full payment in advance and your schedule changed, please use the Contact Us page to reach out to Airport Parking Customer Service.

Depending on the specific details, you may be asked to cancel and rebook your reservation. Please note that refunds are not issued for early returns.

If you made a reservation at a parking lot that only required a deposit to secure your reservation, please review the following scenarios:

  • If your arrival time has changed, your reservation is still valid. Please take the original reservation receipt with you and advise the lot attendant/cashier of the change. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.
  • If your arrival date has changed, please cancel the reservation, and make a new one. Refund/credit will be applied per the cancellation policy above.
  • If your return time or date has changed, you can still use the reservation. Please take the original reservation receipt with you and advise the lot attendant/cashier of the change. The balance due will be calculated based on your actual parking time.

IMPORTANT: Reservations that are non-refundable cannot be modified and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

How do I cancel my Airport Parking Reservation? 

You can submit your cancellation request here or through the Airport Parking Reservations Contact Us page. Please note that Airport Parking Reservations is unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date/time, so be sure to cancel ahead of time.

IMPORTANT: Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
