Wi-Fi included with Go Big purchases and for our Free Spirit Gold® members is subject to availability and is not eligible for a refund. 

If you purchased Wi-Fi separately you can complete the refund request form. Once the refund request form is submitted, you will receive an email with the status of your request. In order to request a refund, you will need to have the following information: 

 
  • Wi-Fi purchase receipt number 
    • Located on the email receipt you received when you purchased the Wi-Fi.
       
  • Wi-Fi voucher code (if applicable) 
    • If Wi-Fi was pre-purchased, this information is located on the email receipt you received when you purchased the Wi-Fi. 
       
  • Flight # 
    • Located in the flight confirmation email or on your boarding pass. 
       
  • Date of departure 
    • Located in the flight confirmation email or on your boarding pass.

2. Next you need your Receipt Numbers. If a Wi-Fi voucher was purchased prior to your flight, please also provide the voucher code(s) received. This information can be found on the receipt you received via email when you purchased your Wi-Fi package.

3.  To receive a refund, you will need to submit all required fields. This includes your Wi-Fi purchase receipt number and possibly a voucher code.  The Wi-Fi Purchase Type field will designate the purchase type. 

If Wi-Fi was purchased during your flight, only the Wi-Fi Receipt Number is required.  This information can be found on the receipt emailed to you. 

Note: The receipt number or voucher code is separate from your flight confirmation number (PNR). 

 

If a Wi-Fi voucher was pre-purchased prior to your flight, you will need to include the voucher code(s).  Not providing information could cause delays in the refund processing.

4. Select Submit. 
 

Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive an email on the status of your request.
