Who Can Join the Status Match?

You can participate if:

  • You have not received a Free Spirit® Status Match, challenge, or free Silver/Gold status from any program in the last 2 years.

Buy‑Back Options

If you had Silver or Gold status in 2025 and lost it in January 2026, you may buy it back.
Prices:

  • Silver: $79
  • Gold: $199

When you buy back your status:

  • It is valid through December 31, 2026
  • Your upgrade may take up to 10 business days to process

Buy‑Up Options


If you want to move up to the next level, you may purchase a Buy‑Up:

  • Basic → Silver: $79
  • Silver → Gold: $399

Buy‑Up status is valid through December 31, 2026.
 

How to Join the Status Match


You can join the offer by completing the application at: 

Please submit your request only when you’re ready, the review may take up to 10 business days.

After You Apply


If your application is approved:

  • You will get an email that confirms your new status
  • Your status will be valid through December 31, 2026
  • You will not earn Status Qualifying Points (SQPs) from this upgrade
  • Guests who have signed up and have a question about their upgrade will need to email StatusMatch at support@statusmatch.com.
