What if my baggage was damaged?

We're very sorry. If your bag is damaged please submit a report in person at your arrival airport within four hours.

Please note, we can't be responsible for conditions that result from normal wear and tear or damage due to the following:

· Overpacking the bag

· Fragile or perishable items

· Loss of external locks

· Pull or security straps

· Manufacturer's defects
