Yes, you can modify or cancel your award ticket for a $110 fee per customer in addition to any additional miles required for your new itinerary.

Changes are allowed for each flight up until the departure time of that flight. Changes allowed include changing the origin, destination, stopover city, flight, or class of service.

Cancellations must be prior to the departure of your first flight on your itinerary.

Refunds are allowed for reservations made 7 days or more prior to your departure, provided that you make the refund request within 24 hours of your initial reservation.
