Are there any restrictions on how many bags I can bring?

We allow one personal item free of charge; and for a fee we allow one carry-on bag, and at least one checked bag per customer.

While we guarantee all customers the ability to purchase one checked bag, any additional checked bags are based on availability.

Please see the below chart regarding customers traveling to or from international stations will have size and weight restrictions for their baggage.

  • Overweight up to max 50 lb (23 kg), is permitted and subject to overweight baggage charges.
  • Oversized items up to 80 linear inches (203 cm) is permitted and is subject to oversized baggage charges.

Caribbean

  • Aruba, Aruba (AUA)
  • Kingston, Jamaica (KIN)
  • Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ)
  • Port au Prince, Haiti (PAP)
  • Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (SDQ)
  • Santiago, Dominican Republic (STI)
  • St. Maarten (SXM)

Mexico

  • Cabo San Lucas/ Los Cabos, Mexico (SJD)
  • Cancun, Mexico (CUN)

Central America

  • Customers may check-in one (1) item and may purchase additional checked items on a first come first serve basis based on inventory.
  • Overweight up to max 70 lb (32 kg), is permitted and subject to overweight baggage charges.
  • Oversized items up to 80 linear inches (203 cm) is permitted and is subject to oversized baggage charges.
