Yes, and it’s the easiest way to check in for your flight and save you money! We offer online check-in 24 hours in advance, but no less than one hour prior to your flight's scheduled departure.
While you’re checking in online, we encourage you to also purchase any additional baggage and/or your seats to save yourself valuable time and money later at the airport. Since bags purchased online don’t require assistance from an agent, we pass those savings on to you.
If you check in online and purchase your bags in advance, when you get to the airport you are eligible for our Fast Bag Drop service saving you even more time. (Please note that if you are traveling internationally, you will be required to enter your passport information prior to buying any bags or seats and printing your boarding pass.)
Some customers may not be able to complete check-in online (see below). In that case, please check-in at the airport ticket counter, our Customer Service Agents will be happy to assist you.
Customers who may not be able to complete check-in online include:
Customers traveling with pets or emotional support/psychiatric service animals
Customers traveling on a group reservation of 10 or more
Customers traveling with a lap infant
Customers traveling with Military I.D instead of a passport
Active duty military personnel and/or dependent traveling on orders
Customers traveling from certain international destinations
Non-U.S. citizens departing from international locations
Customers who purchased an extra seat or special items
